Abstract

The research objective is to provide information about the development of items bank, is: 1) improve the understanding of concepts and measures items bank development, 2) improving the skills development items bank to improve the quality of measuring instruments, and 3) increasing the accountability and effectiveness of the measurement results. This research is a study of literature. Discussion of the results in this study were obtained through reading and reviewing books, articles, research, and all sources relevant to the subject matter of the development items bank.
