Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out character education by instilling religious values, especially Hinduism education in the ogoh-ogoh artwork in the younger generation. The results showed that the learning of Hindu religious values in shaping the character of the younger generation of Hindus referred to the Vedic scriptures, which consisted of Reg Weda, Sama Weda, Yajur Weda, Atharwa Weda, and the Vedas of the five Bhagavadgita. The book of Hindu law also refers to the Upanishads, the books of Brahmana, Itiasa, Purana, Manawa Dharma Sastra, and Sarasamuscaya. The learning of Hindu religious character education will foster the kindness of the young generation, have religious intelligence, intellectual intelligence, emotional social intelligence, ethical intelligence, ethics in mastering art and technology.
