Abstract
This study aims to determine the morphological characterization of Trichoderma sp., JB isolates and antagonism power against damping-off disease-causing pathogens (Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc.). The study was conducted at the Laboratory of Pests and Plant Diseases, Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University. The observations’ variable with macroscopic characteristics, including color and form colonies, and microscopic characteristics, including the shape of conidiophores, conidia and fialid. The results showed that Trichoderma sp., JB isolates, in the in-vitro way, are able to inhibit Sclerotium rolfsii damping-off disease-causing on tomato plants amounted to 95.45%.
