Abstract

Tri Hita Karana (THK) contains the meaning of the three causes of well-being, sourced on the relationship between human harmony with God, with fellow human beings and human beings with the environment. Meaning of the three causes of well-being in the context of global development is applied in the case of sustainable development (sustainable development) that is consistent with the nature to bring positive impact not only for human life but also for the environment. This being the third cause, for Hindus still held firm as swadharmanya in carrying out the teachings of religion, nation and state. Through the concept of Tri Hita Karana that contained a very deep philosophical and to height in religious life, nation and state, as well as containing the values of the existence of a sense of love and character for someone.
