Abstract
Achievement of the UU Sisdiknas implemented by the enactment of Curriculum 2013. The implementation of Curriculum 2013 for each education level has not run optimally, especially in the technical assessment of learning outcomes of students. The focus of assessment in the 2013 curriculum is the success of student learning in achieving the specified competency standards which include attitudes, knowledge and skills competencies. In reality, the assessment of student success conducted by the teacher is only in terms of knowledge, as measured by written tests. The assessment of aspects of attitude and skills has not been carried out optimally. Authentic assessment that is comprehensive in nature which includes competence of attitudes, knowledge and skills that will continuously create the conditions of students towards continuous self improvement and practice their abilities towards a better life. In Krathwohl's affective learning taxonomy, the highest realm is internalization or characterization, that is, making values as part of the person in daily behavior. The formation of this character is expected in the UU Sisdiknas by the application of the 2013 curriculum which includes mind thinking, heart processing, feeling and intention as well as sports, constituting all components of human life skills, which include hard skills and soft skills.
