Abstract
The teaching quality is the quality of a teacher's activities in transferring learning experiences to learners for the achievement of learning performance. The good teaching quality demands professionalism of teachers. Professionalism of teachers can be seen based on material mastery, material instructions, and personality. This research is a descriptive research with quantitative approach which is done on the students of Mathematics Education Department of IKIP PGRI Bali semester VI. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Description is done based on questionnaire data relating to the teaching quality. The teaching of numerical method is carried out by applying collaborative learning models. The perception of teaching quality of numerical method is excellent. Collaborative learning model can be one of innovative learning alternative to improve teaching quality.
