Abstract

This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to provide knowledge and skills for Elementary School teachers in Petang Badung District, Bali in general, and especially those who take part in training in making scientific papers (PTK / PTS, Articles-Journals / Scientific Publications). This activity was carried out on March 19 to March 31 2019), followed by fellow elementary school teachers in the Petang Badung District, Bali. The teachers generally consist of junior teachers referred to by the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform No. 16 of 2009 concerning the Functional Position of Teachers and Credit Score, which among other things changes the promotion and class of teachers to move up from IV a must make scientific papers, and even now must be from class III B to III C. Activities are supported by K3S Petang District with bring in teachers who have succeeded in advancing in rank and class up to IVc or Young Main Advisors and Resource Persons from IKIP PGRI Bali. Which was carried out in the SD No.1 Petang building with the material of regulations for teacher promotion and techniques for making scientific papers, especially PTK / PTS, Articles-Journal / Scientific Publications
