Abstract
SMK Wira Harapan was founded in 2008, having its address at Jalan Raya Padang Luwih, North Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali Province. The land area owned by SMK Wira Harapan is 5,400 m2, and the building area is 4,300 m2. The focus of SMK Wira Harapan is to develop character education and digital-based learning. 1) lack of knowledge and understanding of teachers to utilize teaching materials containing character education and anti-corruption culture; 2) Lack of knowledge and understanding of teachers to utilize literacy-based teaching materials; 3) Lack of knowledge and understanding of teachers to utilize digital-based teaching materials. This problem is overcome by socialization and mentoring activities. The results obtained are: 1) The teacher is able to utilize teaching materials containing character education and anti-corruption culture; 2) Teachers are able to utilize digital-based teaching materials; 3) Teachers are able to utilize and develop digital-based teaching materials.
